Gene expressing is modulated frequently in translation procedure.Ribosomes prefer to choose the minority of codons in life evolution.Mining the pattern of gene expression in target host is a very challenging work to bioinformaticans.Fortuntely, BitGene senior scientist, Firebird, developped the algorithm to evaluate gene expression level: Codon_score. Codon_score employs a scoring model,which is based on gene synthetic database:SGDB[3]. The below two cases show that Codon_score can predict the gene expression level accurate.
